Q: Do I need an internet connection to play?

A: No! Shred Flow is a 100% offline game. You can play it anywhere without Wi-Fi or cellular data. An internet connection is only required if you wish to sync your high scores to the Game Center leaderboards.

Q: My high score isn't updating on the leaderboard. What should I do?

A: Please ensure you are logged into your Apple Game Center account (Settings > Game Center on your iOS device) and that you have an active network connection. The App will automatically attempt to submit your score next time you complete a game while online.

Q: How do I play? What are the different documents?

A: The goal is to keep your desk clear by shredding documents:

• Normal Documents: Drag them directly into the shredder mouth. You can swipe downward during shredding to speed up the process.
• Urgent (Orange) Documents: These have a timer that counts down. Drag and hold them to pause the timer, then shred them quickly before they explode!
• Danger (Red) Documents: Do not shred these! Doing so will jam your shredder. Instead, swipe/flick them off the top, left, or right edges of your screen.

Q: Will deleting the App lose my progress?

A: Yes. All game settings and records are stored locally on your device. Deleting the App will erase all local save files, though your historic leaderboard records will remain intact in Game Center.
