Welcome to Shred Flow (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on mobile devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract the source code of the App, nor modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to artwork, logos, graphics, audio, UI design, haptic patterns, and underlying source code, are owned by or licensed to us. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, device damage, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Your high scores and settings are stored locally on your device or linked to your personal Apple ID through Game Center. We do not maintain any independent servers to back up or recover your gameplay progress. If you delete the App, local data will be permanently lost.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or your access to the App at any time without notice, for any reason, without liability to you.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the region in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
